A four-man partnership (consisting of Ken Kendrick, Dale Jensen, Mike Chipman and J.C. Royer) bought the Diamondbacks for an undisclosed amount in March, 2004. Former managing general partner Jeff Moorad resigned 1/09. Former CEO and general partner Jerry Colangelo was asked to stop down 8/04.

Forbes magazine valued the club at $390M in April, 2009.
